Experience and Knowledge

Lotus notes or Equivalent
Microsoft Operating Systems
Microsoft office Applications
5 years relevant experience OR appropriate degree + 3 years experience

Role
Complete routine maintenance tasks to ensure continued functionality and reliability of IT Infrastructure Provide front line support to our user base, maintaining hardware, systems software and applications for our client machines and provide support for servers and network infrastructure. Assist in maintaining IT system, infrastructure and telecoms.
